Week 1(12.07.2020)

I weighed around 106kg. With this weight, I couldn’t do intense exercise so I walked in a slow pace for about 45min which covered roughly around 2.4miles(4km).

At the end of Week 1.

Then I installed an exercise app on my mobile. I looked on the Internet and found that weight lifting exercise gives more result than cardio. So, I started by using 4kg dumbbell.

I exhausted just for a 10min work out.

Then I tried to reduce my calorie intake for a calorie deficit. Which successfully went for a week. I took around 1700 calories.
